What StockiePay does

StockiePay lets you create a payment link naming the stock you want to receive on Robinhood Chain. Whoever pays the link can send a different tokenized stock. The swap happens on the way, and the stock you asked for is delivered to the wallet address on the payment request.

Tokenized stocks

The stocks StockiePay works with are tokens on Robinhood Chain that track the price of the underlying company shares or funds. Holding one is not the same as holding the share through a broker, and whether you may hold or trade them depends on where you live. Check that before you use the service.

Your responsibilities

The wallet address on a payment request must be correct and under the recipient's control. Transactions on Robinhood Chain cannot be reversed, and tokens sent to a wrong address are lost permanently.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, and for any taxes that apply to you.

Rates and fees

Quotes come from on-chain pool prices and are estimates: prices can move between the quote and the swap. The quoted amount already includes pool and network fees and any StockiePay service fee shown before you confirm. If a swap cannot be completed on the terms you confirmed, it does not go through.

Market hours and availability

Liquidity for a given stock can be thin, especially outside regular market hours, and some stocks may be temporarily unavailable. We may decline a quote when a pool cannot fill it at a fair price.

Acceptable use

Do not use StockiePay for anything illegal, for laundering funds, for sanctions evasion, or to abuse the service, including automated flooding of our endpoints. We may block access to protect the service.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Blockchains and liquidity pools can be delayed or unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular outcome of a swap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
